On Working with POC Leaders
StillRising places special emphasis on building the bench and strengthening the network of support available to POC leaders who serve in leadership capacities that center and serve POC communities. We understand, acknowledge and center the importance of representation and the role of identity for POC leaders working in communities. Our goal in this is to support and develop POC leaders to work in tandem toward the realization of a shared agenda for collective liberation and justice.
